What makes our photo images better?

• We make the opening image strong.  The first image may be the only one that anyone sees, so we make it strong and inviting.  The first image should entice buyers to see more.

• We use wide angle lens to make the rooms feel as large as they really are.   Standard camera lens are intended to photograph people, not real estate interiors.  Standard lens are not wide enough for interior real estate photograph.  When standard lens is used, rooms appear smaller and the image is not optimized.

• Bright interior images are more attractive.  Our images are either composed utilizing  a tripod to take advantage of available light or additional fill lighting equipment is required.  No Buyer wants to look at a dark room.

• We resolve bright sources of light.  Interior photography may include dark walls adjoining bright light flowing through windows.  Some refer to this as high dynamics range.  There are different ways to approach the problem, but a solution must be used to resolve the issue to render an appealing image.

• Straight lines must be straight.  Level lines must be level.   For a number of reasons, lines that should appear straight, instead appear as curved in the photo.   There are various ways to resolve this through photo-editing and we spend the time and extra effort to make the image it’s most appealing.
